Exhibit Hall Dates & Times:

3:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, October 13, 2016
Noon – 3 p.m.
Teardown of exhibits is allowed only after 3 p.m.

Friday, October 14, 2016
No exhibitor hours scheduled.
7:45 – 9 a.m. –– Indiana Credit Union Foundation Breakfast in White River Ballroom E (1st floor).

Booth Price:

Early Bird Registration: $1,800 per booth space by June 30, 2016
Standard Registration: $2,000 per booth space July 1, 2016 - August 15, 2016

Registration and Payment:

Booth cost must be paid in full by August 15, 2016. Registration confirmations and booth assignments will be sent to exhibitors by the middle of September. 

Furnishings & Trim:

Each booth will be equipped with the following items:

  • One 6’ x 2’ draped table
  • Two chairs
  • Draping 8’ tall in back and 3’ tall on two sides (All drapings will be in the show colors selected by Servicecorp, no substitutions.)
  • One 7” x 44” identifying sign
  • Carpeting

Labor:

A link to the work order forms for storage, drayage and labor to set up and disassemble display materials will be included with your confirmation packet, which will be sent by the middle of September. 

Service Orders:

A link to the service order forms (electrical, phone, additional furniture, etc.) will be included in the confirmation packet, which will be sent by the middle of September.

Security:

Security will be provided throughout the convention (Wednesday, October 12 through Thursday, October 13). The Indiana Credit Union League, ICUL Services Corp., JW Marriott, and George Fern Exposition & Event Services will take reasonable caution to protect exhibitors against damage or loss during the show. However, the Indiana Credit Union League, ICUL Services Corp., JW Marriott, and George Fern Exposition & Event Services assume no liability for damage, destruction, loss or theft of exhibitor property. 

Name Badges:

Pick up name badges during booth setup between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, please be sure to check in at the Exhibitor Counter at the ICUL Registration and Information area across from the entrance to the Exhibit Hall (Griffin Exhibit Hall). This location is on the Maryland Street side of the hotel, on the 2nd floor, and is near the Skywalk to the Convention Center. You will receive an exhibitor kit containing maps and other helpful information, along with your name badge. During exhibit hours, name badges must be displayed for entrance to the exhibit hall. 

Set up:

Exhibitors will set up their booth displays between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12. Booths must be completely set up by 2 p.m. Servicecorp reserves the right to relocate participants that are not set up by 2 p.m. if the layout and appearance of the show are impacted by late arrivals. No helium balloons are allowed in the exhibit hall. 

Move out:

Exhibitors agree not to vacate or tear down their assigned exhibit spaces prior to the closing of the exhibit hall at 3 p.m., Thursday, October 13, and must be completed by 5 p.m. Exhibitors who leave early make a bad impression on guests and down-grade the quality of the entire show. 

Scheduling events:

Exhibitors agree not to schedule events that would conflict with exhibit hours or other ICUL events. 

Cancellation Policy:

Only written cancellations of booth registrations received by September 3, 2016, will be honored.

Reservations may be made by phone, (800) 266-9432, or Internet using the GroupMAX powered by PassKey system. The deadline for reservations is September 13, 2016.
